Larrabee State Park

Washington's first state park (1915), 2,748 acres dropping off Chuckanut Mountain onto 8,100 feet of Samish Bay shoreline. Wildcat Cove is the sheltered pocket beach; the rest is rock, tide pools, and views out to the San Juans. Reached by Chuckanut Drive, which is the point as much as the park is.
