244 acres at the southernmost tip of NJ where the Atlantic meets Delaware Bay — anchored by the 1859 Cape May Lighthouse (199 steps to the top). One of the best birding spots on the Eastern Flyway. The beach is free to walk but swimming is not permitted here — for swimming, go to adjacent Sunset Beach or Cape May city beaches.

Some partial or full road closures are possible.
